Very friendly staff at reception desk and ready to render an early check-in. The room is bright and recently refurbished, comes with a balcony. The breakfast is wonderful, available with cake. The atmosphere of the hotel is QUIET.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met every demand, totally recommend it. Rooms were neat and provided with a balcony. Very central location was a plus. The restaurant was great and my meal was fresh!

The room I booked was fairly quiet and elegant with a French balcony and a large bathroom plus a bath. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from Jewish Museum of Thessaloniki.

Reasonably priced, newly decorated room with high ceiling, a large bathroom, as for instance. Fab location a short way from Ladadika District. Just 10 min walk to downtown. Reasonable base for exploring Thessaloniki.

Very nice old and wonderful old place, helpful staff at reception desk. Newly renovated and good sized room in which breakfast was served and reasonably priced. A good choice of facilities like: a safe and large windows. Excellent, brilliant location in Thessaloniki, just next door to the main promenade and Spain, Italy and Greece. Also, very close to the center.

As a business traveler, I appreciated the excellent location of the hotel, only one block away from the main square and within walking distance of the water and buses to old town and the train station. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, and the rooms were comfortable, especially the ones facing the street which were brighter. The breakfast buffet was a generous spread, and the hotel had a cool lift.

Felt like royalty, no complaint.

Dirty rooms, my sheets were dirty, The carpet on the floor looked so old and dirty, the room had a weird smell (I had to leave the windows open at all times)

Staff very friendly and eager to help at any time. Very informative and had a great knowledge of the town which is a great help in a foreign city. Great locaion- 2 minute walk to the sea, shopping and restaraunts and bars.

A well priced and comfortable hotel in an excellent and convenient location. Run by family members who are very accommodating and helpful, as was the chamber maid. Loved the quaint lift.
